100 Day LEAP Challenge
Summary
The LEAP Challenge is a 100 Day lifestyle project to help you execute and be accountable for your goals. It’s a key step in your Forever Young journey to develop an active, healthy, sustainable lifestyle. LEAP is an acronym for L – Lifestyle E – Execute A – Accountable P – Project.
We’ll help and support you in the execution and completion of your 100 Day LEAP Challenge. While you’re ultimately accountable, we’ll do all we can, with the support of other participants, to hold you accountable.
Primary Objective
The primary objective of the LEAP Challenge will be physical activity. It’s built around your weekly walking though you’ll also be encouraged to move during the day and to maintain your strength.
Secondary Objective
You should also choose a secondary objective but be careful as too many objectives can be a problem, as you run the risk of achieving none of them. So choose a secondary objective which complements your physical activity and helps you achieve both. Good examples of this include sleep, weight, nutrition.
5 Challenge Options
Choose the most appropriate challenge level based on your current walking activity, taking your personal circumstances into account. Each level progresses gradually over the 100 days and you will find details for each level in Stage 2 below. Each LEAP Challenge includes 5 key stages and you will also find these details below.
